What are the typical lead times?
Tier I. White Label: 4–6 weeks from confirmed brief, catalogue Originals under your hallmark. Tier II. Co-Design: 6–10 weeks, our base adapted to your direction. Tier III. Bespoke: 10–18 weeks, designed from scratch around your stone or theme.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Tier I starts at 12 units per SKU per season. Tier II and III have no MOQ. they are commissioned per piece. Capsule collections are negotiable.
Do you sell direct to consumers?
No. Donati is a B2B atelier. We work with maisons, retailers, family offices and private clients introduced by a trade partner. We never publish prices and never appear at the point of sale.
Can I bring my own design?
Yes. We accept sketches, gouaché, CAD files or simple references. The Technical Director will translate the brief into a feasible construction and quote both lead time and price before any work begins.
What stones can you source?
Diamonds with GIA or IGI certification above 0.30ct. Coloured stones sourced from Chanthaburi and Bangkok with SSEF, Gübelin or GRS reports above 1ct. Origin and treatments fully disclosed. See Ethical Provenance.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. mutual NDAs are standard practice for any commercial conversation. We provide a template, or accept yours.
Can I visit the workshop?
Yes, by appointment. Bangkok, Sukhumvit area. Full address shared once we have agreed a meeting. We can also arrange a video tour of the bench for first-time partners.
Payment and delivery terms?
50% on order confirmation, 50% before dispatch. standard for new partnerships. Established partners move to net terms. Worldwide insured delivery via Brink's, Loomis or Malca-Amit, depending on destination.
